Saturdays 30th May to 26th September 2009	Guided History Walks in West Mersea. Tours start and finish at the Museum. Saturday afternoons at 2.30pm. There is no tour on Regatta Day 22 August 2009. £1.50 per person. Tickets available from the Museum on the day.

2nd May 2009	2009 Summer Exhibition Mersea Museum re-opens for the 2009 summer season. Topics include the Little Wigborough Zeppelin, the life and times of King George VI, Edwardian weddings, old maps and charts, recently-found sperm whale jaw bones.
27th to 29th March 2009	Spring Art Show Paintings in various media plus some sculptures and pottery, with prices from just a few pounds to several hundred. Or, just come and enjoy looking at some unique and splendid art. 10.00 am to 5.00 pm each day. Free admission. Thursday 26th March, evening preview, 7pm to 9pm
