Mr Bill Pontyfix at the old Victorian Post Box at The Hard in 1959. This was later the first Lifeboat Shed and is in front of Stone House. The post box was eventually replaced by a modern one on the green in front of the shed, and this post box is now in Mersea Museum. From Album 12.
