Lib Fox and Eleanor Root ran a stall at the 2019 Regatta. Visitors were invited to identify some of the Museum objects - Lib is holding a boot made for a donkey to stop it digging into a lawn when cutting the grass. Lib Fox and Eleanor Root ran a stall at the 2019 Regatta. Visitors were invited to identify some of the Museum objects - Lib is holding a boot made for a donkey to stop it digging into a lawn when cutting the grass.

They talked to over 200 visitors and the stall was a pleasant quiet oasis in the middle of the other 'commercial' stalls.

Lib is the Mersea Museum Membership Secretary and Eleanor is our mentor from Colchester and Ipswich Museums.
