There are two concrete boats in this picture. On the left is CRETACRE, built Hamworthy in 1918 and owned in Mersea 1933-38. In the centre is MOLLIETTE - a well known local houseboat, built of concrete in Faversham in 1919. She lay in front of the VICTORY for many years, used as West Mersea Yacht Club clubhouse.
