SILVER CLOUD, Battlesbridge. Original print - just readable is "SILVER CLOUD" and "Capt. Alfred Santor". The L of Lawler is not clear. The cutter is clinker built and quite a large cargo carrier.
1893 Mercantile Navy List contains a Cutter SILVER CLOUD registered Grimsby, ON 76702. Built Grimsby 1877, 27 tons. Owner Ed. Royce, Humber St., Cleethorpes, Grimsby, which could be this vessel.
