Search for Image ID "" West Mersea Hard. Journey's End, now West Mersea Yacht Club, is in the centre. Moving to the right, Stone House, with Orange Tip Cottage in front of it, and behind the cottage is a large shed being framed - to become part of Clarke & Carter's boatyard. Right again is Nutty Hempstead's shed, which was to become the first Social and Sailing Club. Ted Woolf's oyster shed is in front of the road, and finally on the right a large shed on stilts which is no longer there. Quarter plate glass negative.
