Horlock's RESOURCEFUL as a motor barge at Ipswich. She was built as a sailing barge in 1930, but converted to motor barge around 1933. Eventually she became a houseboat on the Thames in London, but was then brought to Maldon and she is now [2018] a tearoom along the Hythe Quay.
