Built Genoa 1947, 310 tons, formerly managed by W.D. Tamblyn & Co., Plymouth and owned by Martins Coastal Steamships Ltd. In 1950 Everard's acquired the company and in 1955 renamed the ship to CELEBRITY. The carog gear was modified, giving her a 'British' look.
