This is the last Will
and Testament of me Samuel Overall of West Mersea in the
County of Essex Oyster Merchant which I make in manner
following that is to say In consideration of the property I
received with Sarah my dear and well beloved Wife and of
the affection with which I have always lived with her I
do hereby give and devise unto my said Wife all the messuage
in which I now reside and all other my messuages Oyster
Layings lands tenements hereditaments and real estate
whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their
Appurt[enance]s To hold the same unto and to the use of my
said Wife her heirs and assigns absolutely and to do with
entirely as she pleases and as to for and concerning all
my Goods chattels boats vessels Ships tacking movables
personal estate and effects whatsoever I hereby give and
bequeath the same from and after payment of my
just debts Probate and testamentary charges unto Sarah
my said dear Wife to and for her own use and benefit
absolutely and hereby revoking all former Wills by me
made I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife
sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And in
testimony of this being my last Will and Testament I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth
day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and nine - Sam[ue]l Overall - Signed sealed
published and declared by the said Samuel Overall as and
for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who
at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto - Mary Brown -

Proved at London 8 Nov. 1809 before the Judge on
the oath of Sarah Overall Widow the relict of the deceased
the sole Executrix to whom Adm[inistratio]n was granted having
been first sworn by Comon only to adm[iniste]r
