Joan was on the buses during the War, working with Alf Stacey and Jack Saye. The remembers having 70 to 80 people on the single-decker last bus. Her talk includes her work as a florist, the MOLLIETTE being raided by the police, Diana and Betty Hone. Joan's favourite place - Ray Island.
Joan born around 1915, daughter of Leonard Mills. She married Harry Vince in 1936 and had 5 children.
