being seck in bodye but perfect in Rembrance thankes be given to god
do meake this my laste will and testament in manor & form following
Fyrst I Comend my sowell into the handes of Allmyghtye god my
Crehatour and to Jesus Criste my savior and my boodye to the Earth
Thos earthly goodes which god of his mercye hath lento me I gyve
them as followeth. First I gyve to Woolliam Coall my wyves brother
ten[?] shillinges of good and lawfull monye of England to be payd at the
age of ity[21] yeares Item I gyve to Woolliam Thombell my prentes
tenn shellinges to be payd to him within three monthys after my death
Item I gyve to Elizabeth Jackman the ellder xiid and to Anne
Fforster xiid Item I gyve to Thomas Smyth my bondesman A payer
of bretechs and A [s---] the best fite on [---] xiid of lawfull monye to be
payd to him with in on month after my death: I gyve to Woolliam
Ball xiid: and to grace the wyffe of [h-----] pollgrom xiid Item I
gyve to to the poor poopall of Eastmersey vi s to be payd within six
months after my death and to be devyded among them at the [---tion]?

I give to Margret my wyffe and do make her my exectrix to see

will to pay my doytes and perform muy will to testify this to be

February I Thomas Taylor of East Mersey in the diocese of London
being sick in body but perfect in remembrance thanks be given to god
do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following
First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty god my
creator and to Jesus Christ my (only) saviour and my body to the Earth
those earthly goods which god of his mercy hath lent me I give
them as followeth. First I give to William Coall my wife's brother
ten (?) shillings of good and lawful money of England to be paid at the
age of 21 years. Item I give to William Thombell my apprentice
ten shillings to be paid to him within three months after my death
Item I give to Elizabeth Jackman the elder 12 pence and to Anne
Ferrer (?) 12 pence. Item I give to Thomas Smyth my kinsman a pair
of breeches A [------] the best fit(?) save one and 12 pence of lawful money to be
paid to him within one month after my death: I give to William
Ball 12 pence and to Grace the wife of Henry(?) Pellgram 12 pence Item I
give to the poor people of East Mersey 6 shillings 8 pence to be paid within six
months after my death and to be divided among them at the discretion
of my executors All the other of my goods moveable and immoveable
I give to Margaret my wife and do make her my executrix to see my body
sombrely(?) brought to the earth: to prove this my
will to pay my debts and performs my will to testify this to
be my will I do on the day and year Above written set to my hand and
deliver it to my executrix in the presence of Thomas Harris and William Loke(?)
