HERTHA was handed to UK at Methil 17 Sep 1945 as War reparations and later passed to Greece as reparations.
Arrived London in tow 25 January 1946 and transferred to Greece, renamed HEIMARA, 6 April 1946.
She was wrecked off Kavaliani Is, Marathon Bay 19 January 1947 on a voyage Thessaloniki-Piraeus.
Western Mail of 27 Sep 1945 reported HERTHA anchored Bridlington Bay 26 Sep 1945 with engine trouble while on passage from Methil Roads to River Blackwater
