The wreck report is on //www.plimsoll.org/resources/SCCLibraries/WreckReports/14102.asp. This states that 15 Dec 1933 she was in the River Blackwater for survey and repairs.
There is no record of her in the Oyster Company ledger.

Shields Daily News of 18 Dec 1933 reported PENDENNIS passed Flamborough Head northwards on 17-12-33 for River Tyne
Shields Daily News of 19 Dec 1933 reported PENDENNIS had arrived for repairs. An article "Ship Escapes Disaster" describes how the ship was damaged by ice on a voyage to North Russia.
