An item on http://union-castle.net/shipmates_Jamieson_Magnus_01.html describes Magnus Jamieson, a watchman from the NORMAN, being drowned. His body was found 9 April 1926 at Bradwell.
Essex Newsman 27 Feb 1926 reports three watchmen are missing from the Union Castle liners NORMAN CASTLE and GOORKHA which are laid up in the River Blackwater. Their names are Spence, Slesser and Jamiesen.
