 An old Essex landmark is being sold.

The Peldon Rose - one of the best known Inns in Essex is to be sold. The present licensee for 23 years, Mr Basil Pullen, lived there all his life and the Rose has been associated with the Pullen family for over 90 years. Built in the 15th century, the old house is still in its original state inside.
