 Rowbotham's small tanker RUDDERMAN heading down river past Rowhedge on the Colne. The small Rowbotham tankers were regular callers at Colchester Hythe in the 1950s and early 1960s with petrol.

RUDDERMAN was built 1934 De Noord, Alblasserdam. 290 tons gross. Official No. 163442. She suffered an explosion at Ince 27 May 1967 and was broken up at Preston 30 June 1967.
