 East Mersea Vicarage. 
The Vicarage, opposite the turn to Church Lane, was demolished 1927 by Clifford White, who built the new rectory on the same site. This later house, no longer a rectory, is now called Glebe House.

The schoolmistress at East Mersea was Alice Mary Harvey née Pullen who had married William Harvey from Wivenhoe.
