Schedule.
All that freehold garden land situate in the parish of West Mersea in the County of Essex As the same fronts the High Street there and has a back frontage to Captains Road of thirty nine feet or thereabouts Which said hereditaments are the remainder of hereditaments which were conveyed to the Vendor by an Indenture of Conveyance dated the thirty first day of August one thousand nine hundred and fourteen the other part of which last mentioned hereditaments were conveyed to the purchaser by an Indenture of Conveyance dated the twenty eighth day of September One thousand nine hundred and eighteen all which hereditaments hereby conveyed are for the purpose of identification only delineated and described in the plan drawn on these presents and therein coloured pink.
