1.   In the name of god amen the xijth day of November in the fift yeare
2.   of the Reigne of our soveraine Lorde James now Kinge etc and in
3.   the yeare of our Lorde god 1607.I Michaell Harvie thelder of West
4.   mersea in the Countie of Essex mariner beinge of p[er]fect minde &
5.   remembrance thankes be to god doe ordeine & make this my last will
6.   and testament in manner & forme followinge : first I bequeath my
7.   soule into the hands of almightie god & my bodie to be buried when &
8.   where it shall please god to appoynte : It[em] I give and bequeath
9.   Unto Marie my wife all suche moveable goods ,debts monie or
10.   other goods whatsoever which now I have or shall have at the day
11.   of my death, for and towards the payinge of all suche debts as
12.   I doe owe, and I will & my meaninge is that my debts beinge
13.   all payde and discharged,that what moveable goods soever shalbe
14.   left and remaininge, the same shalbe equally devided amongst all
15.   my children p[ar]te & p[ar]telike after the decease of marie my wife
16.   And I doe ordeine and make the saide marie my wife my sole
17.   Execut[rixor] of this my last will and testament to be the same well
18.   and truely approved fullfilled & kept accordinge to my true
19.   intent and meaninge therein specifyed : In witnes whereof
20.   I have here unto put my hande & seale the day and yeare
21.   first above written.
