Heather closes Mehalah's

Some thirty years ago Heather Haward set up The Company Shed which she ran before turning it over to her daughter. She missed this busy occupation and the contacts it gave her with lots of people so she found herself a "hobby," another restaurant to establish, almost out of curiosity, to see whether it would work, and work it did.

Heather is emphatic that she is closing Mehalah's, her own creation, for she wishes to retire from the demands of running a business and have more time for her involvement in other organisations and activity. Her departure, her retirement is, she is adamant about this, a natural step along the way, but Heather is a doer who wants to do other things. Mehalah's may have gone but we have yet to see the last of this lady.
