Abstract
Reverend Nathaniel Forster, Vicar, of West Mersea
Date of will: 3rd May 1851

Date of Probate: 25th October 1851
The whole of the real and personal estate of the testator is bequeathed to his son, Robert White Forster, who is also appointed sole executor.
The will is signed on 3rd May 1851 in the presence of the witnesses Joseph Watson and John Jerot, and is proved in London on 25th October 1851.

1 This is the last Will and Testament
2 of me The Reverend Nathaniel Forster Vicar of West Mersea in the County
3 of Essex I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Son Robert White Forster
4 all my Real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever To hold
5 to him my said Son his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely and
6 for ever And I nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Executor of this my
7 Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of May
8 in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one [signature of Nathaniel Fosrster]
9 Signed by the said Testator Nathaniel Forster in the presence of us both present
10 at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of
11 each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses to the one execution of
12 this Will Joseph Watson - John Jerot. Yeoman

14 Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Robert White Forster the Son the
